What payment methods do you accept?
Can I return my item?
Yes! We are so confident with the quality of our fragrances that we allow you to return them even if you have tried them. By tried, we mean basic use to get used to the scent and check its longevity. We wouldn't accept returns where the product has clearly been used for an extended period or a significant volume of the product has been used. A few sprays go a long way! If you wish to return a product please get in touch with our friendly team using the contact us form.
Where is The Fragrance Atelier Based?
Our workshop is based in the leafy county of Cheshire, in the North West of England where we hand pour and mix all of our fragrances in house! We skip the expensive promotions and celebrity endorsements meaning we can give you great long lasting fragrance quality without adding all those extras into the price! Fragrance is our passion!
Do you sell wholesale?
We currently do not sell wholesale as we prefer to deal directly with our customers to ensure quality of product and experience. If this changes in the future, you'll find relevant updates here!
Are your fragrances cruelty free?
Yes, all of our fragrances are cruelty free. We do not test on animals and never will. We ensure that all our suppliers (which are UK based) also adhere to these standards. You can therefore be assured that your fragrance is designed for humans, and not for our furry friends!
Do your fragrances contain allergens?
Most fragrances on sale contain one or more allergens. Most individuals will never have an issue with this, but if you have sensitive skin we do advise avoiding our fragrances, as we use a high concentration of oil for a strong & long lasting scent. We are happy to answer any allergen specific queries on any scent, please just contact us! All of our fragrances also contain the declarable allergens listed on the packaging.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account and can save time when checking out in future. We do not sell any of your personal information on and comply with UK GDPR principles to keep your data safe.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please firstly check your spam box to see if its ended up in there! It may be you entered your details incorrectly or there may have been a problem processing your order (this is rare!). If you still do not have your confirmation email, please just contact us in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
It is rare for us to cancel an order. We typically only cancel orders if our fraud filter has flagged your order, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. This can happen if you have entered an incorrect billing address for your card or the order characteristics have been flagged by our system. In all cases, we would contact you directly with an update shortly after your order was placed.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via our contact form, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order. Please contact us if you are having further issues.
When will my order arrive?
Orders can take up to 5 days to be delivered - we use Royal Mail Tracked for all our deliveries so you will be able to track it from order confirmation up to delivery! In the unlikely event there are any issues, our customer service team is on hand to help!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK using Royal Mail Tracked (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48) as our main delivery methods.
